The development team also announced that Rash would get a short testing period so that players could try the character out and give feedback on what they like and don’t like about his fighting style. The first character like this in Season 3 was announced as the character Rash from the old Battletoads game. As has been the case with other characters in the series, there are some fighters that are from outside the Killer Instinct universe. At Gamescom 2015 the first brand new character addition to the game was announced.
At E3 2015, Microsoft announced that Killer Instinct and all three of its seasons would be coming to the PC in the future. Iron Galaxy is developing this addition to the game and has announced a couple of new characters that will be joining the existing stable of fighters.
